Corporate Sales Manager (E-Commerce Logistics /Forwarding/Fulfillment /Transportation)

Position Description:
-
Utilize specialized knowledge in sales management, supply chain and logistics management, global e-Commerce business, human resources management, strategy development, project management and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software to realize company’s revenue and profit target.

Oversee all aspects of B2C and B2B sales/marketing activities and business development, including but not limited to all aspects of logistics and supply chain: cross-border package and freight forwarding, custom clearance, warehousing management, information system design and operation management, order fulfillment management, inventory management solutions, etc.

Achieve company’s annually revenue and profit target.

This is a key leadership position, working a schedule of 30 - 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Accomplish sales and marketing team management.
-
Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the company.

Set cross-border e-Commerce import and export logistics marketing strategy, managing traditional marketing channels and new social media marketing channels.

Developing annual sales quota for LEOPARD’S’ import and export businesses, monitoring sales executives’ sales contributions.

Provide clients with exceptional service, set and implement customer service standards & SOPs and schedule sales executives.

Completing audits, enforcing policies and SOPs (standard operation procedures) and protect LEOPARD’S’ organization value by keeping compliance requirements been met.
Skills and Specifications:
-
Must be goal oriented and self-motivated.

5+ years experiences in Logistics related sales preferred (E-Commerce/Logistics /Forwarding /Fulfillment/Transportation).

Full scale knowledge of supply chain and logistics management preferred.

Able to deal with full range of the customer base (from major corporations to small businesses) and prospect new accounts.

Strong communication, forecasting and customer service skills both written and verbal.

Must be a good team player with multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP or SAP system, virtually data analysis software (Power BI, etc.).
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other business related majors.
